Stuffed Vine Leaves (Waraa Enab Atee)
How to prepare: Cut carrots and tomatoes, then put in bottom of pot. Add the vine leaves on top of the vegetables then put 2 plates on top of the vine leaves. Add water till top of plates, then boil for four hours. In a bowl, mix tomato paste, water,and lemon then add to the pot.
