Zeinab Kashmar

Zeinab Kashmar is famous for creating signature blends using the olives she grows in her hometown Hallousiyye, south Lebanon. Her range includes seedless olives mixed with different ingredients such as walnuts and thyme, in addition to different kinds of tapenades (chili/lemon/thyme). Zeinab also raises her own cows and produces some of the finest Lebanese dry and green keshek, along with producing her own bulgur and wheat.
