Stuffed Cabbage (Mehcheh Malfouf Atee)
How to prepare: Cut carrots and tomatoes, then put in bottom of pot. Add the stuffed cabbage on top of the vegetables then put 2 plates on top of the cabbage. Add water till top of plates, then boil for 30 mins. in a bowl, mix tomato paste, water, garlic,and lemon then add to the pot with a pinch of dried mint.
