How to prepare: Fry lamb cutlets in pan with a bit of oil, then put stuffed vine leaves on top of cutlets for flavor. Put 2 plates on top of vine leaves and add water till top of plates. Once the water reaches its boiling point, lower heat and simmer till 4 hours. Before removing vine leaves in 15 mins, add 250ml of lemon juice.
