Having moved to Zgharta, Lebanon from her birthplace Akkar, Georgina al Bayeh learned cooking from her mother-in-law. Georgina started as a cook in Tawlet restaurant and then brought her goods to Souk el Tayeb to reach a broader audience and let them know about her dishes. She specializes in traditional homemade Lebanese food such as kebbeh and stuffed vine leaves, which can be found cooked and ready to heat and serve at the Dekenet freezer, in addition to her cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from the orchards of Kfardlekous.
