Therese Morkos, better known as Em Tony, specializes in biscuits, marzipan, and traditional Lebanese sweets. She learned most of the recipes she uses from her mother in their village in Matn, and started selling her baked goods in 1975 when a friend of hers suggested that she should create her own business. With the help of her husband, Therese put her creativity into the goods she produced, where each delicate cake or marzipan flower is shaped with her personal care.
