The journey of Mazak started in 1890 in Chabtine,North Lebanon, when Grandma Kemleh started producing olive oil from the olive orchards of her village. She ensured that her son Assaad learned the secrets for healthy and natural planting/harvesting, and pleaded for him not to leave the land she cherished. Assaad continued his mom’s legacy and now produces one of the finest Lebanese extra virgin olive oil.
