Claudine Awad spent decades as a banker before transitioning to the food world. Her brother Selim Awad started making dried fruits that were sold at Souk el Tayeb, and when he passed away, Claudine decided to continue his legacy and expanded the brand to include more types of fruits, and different jams, cakes and baked goods.
