With a passion for baked goods since she was young, especially those made from natural ingredients such as dates and molasses, Hanaa Hamzeh from Abey joined Souk el Tayeb and introduced her baked products. Starting from a few varieties, Hanaa now has more than 30 types of baked goods that are all-natural and sugar-free and creates new creative items monthly. Hanaa aims to offer her clients substitutes to unhealthy, fattening sweets, while maintaining the same taste and texture.
