Hailing from Rashaya, a village nestled in Mount Hermon, Lebanon, Ibrahim Kadamani created the secret recipe of grape molasses, which has been a treasured sweet for almost a century. The second generation of his family continued Ibrahim’s legacy by supporting local farmers in Rashaya, and the third generation opened the modern grape press in 2000. The current generation modernized the production facility, which now produces grape syrup and nutritious bars using natural grape molasses as the only sweetener and binder.
