Al Jurd was established by Mohammad al Masri and Rabih Mazloum, in an effort to support the farmers in the mountains surrounding the Baalbek area. It is a collaboration of farmers that produce dairy products and different kinds of beans, with no additives and ensuring the products are 100% organic.
